you may be eligible to apply for the 482 DAMA and subsequently to the 186 Direct Entry visa or you can consider the 494 Employer sponsored visa. 
You will need a sponsor, suitable English (5555 IELTS or 50-50-50-50 PTE) and be paid at least $53,900 per year.
