Key Changes:
- Standardized English requirements: IELTS overall 5 (minimum 5 in each band) or PTE 36 in all sections.
- Work experience now must be demonstrated at the time of application, not at the time of decision.
- Greater flexibility to switch employers without resetting the permanent residency pathway.
